Why Jimi?

Finland needs an overhaul.

The same problems cannot be solved with the same ideas year after year. Parliament needs new faces who dare to question things and do them differently. In the 2023 election, only around 30 per cent of MPs changed. Time for some fresh air?

I dare to speak frankly about difficult issues, too. Taxation, pensions and immigration need reform.

My background in law, varied private-sector work experience and practical political experience in Turku, the wellbeing services county and university politics have taught me how politics works.

In the municipal election, people told me nobody gets elected to the council on their first attempt. Yet together, we made it possible. Shall we do the same this time? 👊🏻
